What is Dysbiosis?

Hmmm…Dysbiosis – I’m pretty sure this is a word you don’t get to hear or encounter all the time. Heck! You may not even have the slightest idea how to pronounce this term. HOWEVER, believe it or not, understanding this term is crucial for your health.

In a nutshell, Dysbiosis is the term which is used to describe an imbalance of good and bad bacteria or micro organisms in the digestive tract. For example, if you are having too much yeast, harmful bacteria, virus, or parasites in your intestines, then you are experiencing dysbiosis. And if you think this is NOT that serious, then you better think again!

You see, 70 percent of our immune system starts from our intestines. Yes, the friendly bacteria in your gut does something more than just help digest the food we eat and synthesize the nutrients it contains. It plays a very crucial role when t comes to protecting our bodies against not so friendly elements like bacteria, viruses, parasites, and more.

When this delicate balance of healthy organisms is destroyed, it results into Dysbiosis. This results to the adverse alteration of your immune system, hormonal balance, and worse, the whole equilibrium of your body. And to make matters even more threatening, Dysbiosis alters mind functions and could easily lead to psychological problems like depression, anxiety, irritability, and a whole lot more.

YES, Dysbiosis is a term to be feared. It leads to myriads of diseases and disorders that affect every aspect of your health and every facet of your being. You MUST fight back against Dysbiosis.

You may be thinking, how can something as simple seeming as an imbalance between good and bad bacteria can cause so many health problems? The answer lies in the process of Dysbiosis. The vicious cycle of this condition starts off with the distruption of balance between good bacteria…eventually leading to yeast and fungal overgrowth.

This then leads to Putrefaction, allergy and inflammation – conditions which are irritating and very uncomfortable to say the least. And if this is NOT remedied, it soon leads to malnutrition as well as hepatic levels of stress…and last BUT not the least, leaky gut syndromes.

When the good and friendly bacteria in our intestines are killed relentlessly by the food and medicine that we take, it almost instantaneously leads to fungal overgrowth in many areas of the body.

When we excessively consume sugar, grains, as well as alcohol, the intestinal and digestive tract becomes a severely infected environment…an environment which is perfect for yeast and fungal overgrowth.

This then leads to an allergic reaction that causes inflammation of the mucous membranes in the digestive tract…up to the point that it covers the whole tract, severely inhibiting our body from absorbing nutrients.

What happens after that?

It’s a nightmare. What is Dysbiosis? After reading this article, you should know better.
